According to a recent estimate, one in seven American children has a developmental or behavioral disorder. Identifying developmental delays early is the best way to ensure that children reach their full potential.

The Identifying Development Delays Video Series helps child care providers and parents recognize developmental "red flags." Videos for different age groups are offered.

After viewing the videos, you will be able to:

• Identify developmental “red flags”
• Chart possible developmental delays on an assessment checklist
• Discuss your concerns with your child's health care professionals and care giver.
